William C. Stoy has over 17 years of financial experience and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional. He is a graduate of Clarion University where he received his Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance.
Among other accomplishments, Mr. Stoy has been a member of the service organization, Somerset Area Jaycees for over 20 years. He is a Past President and has been named Jaycee of the Year. Mr. Stoy is also a board member for the Somerset Children’s Aid Home.
